Appearing available when you should be busy? Here’s how to fix it.
|
Step 1 – Review your calendar connection
Make sure Calendly is checking the right calendar for conflicts:
- Go to the Calendar settings in your Availability page.
- Check that the calendar or sub-calendar with your events is selected as a calendar to check for conflicts.
- Confirm your events are marked as "Busy" in your connected calendar.
Step 2 – Check your availability setup
Discrepancies between your availability and scheduling link might be due to availability settings on your Availability page or in the Event Type editor.
If using your Availability page:
- Make sure the schedule is assigned to the event type.
- Use the Active On dropdown to confirm it's applied to the right events.
If using the Event Type editor:
- Adjust hours directly in the Availability section of the editor for that event type.
- Note: Date-specific hours here only apply to that one event type.
