Calendly login verification for email and password users

Calendly uses Account Defender by reCAPTCHA to verify the identity of users logging in with an email and password. For added security, this tool may start a login verification process to ensure only the account owner gains access.

How does this work?

If Account Defender detects unusual login activity, Calendly will send you an email with a One-Time Password (OTP). Enter the OTP to complete your login and secure your account.

Where will I receive the verification email?

The verification email will be sent to your login email. If you don’t see it, check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for an email from Calendly.

Keep your email up-to-date, so you can quickly receive the verification email and confirm your identity. For more information on managing your login preferences, check out this article

Why am I not receiving the verification email?

If you're asked to verify a code, but don’t get the email, here are some possible reasons:

  • Your email address may be incorrect.
  • You might have reached the limit for incorrect code attempts or new requests. These limits are in place to protect your account from unauthorized access.

If you need help with the verification process, contact our support team. We’ll assist you in securing your account.
