When you log in to Calendly with an email and password, we may ask you to verify your login if something looks unusual. This helps keep your account secure.
How does this work?
If we detect unusual login activity, such as signing in from a new device or location, Calendly will send you an email with a One-Time Password (OTP). Enter the OTP to complete your login and secure your account.
Note
Want even more protection? You can turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) to require a login code every time you sign in, not just when something looks unusual.
Where will I receive the verification email?
The verification email will be sent to your login email address. If you don’t see it, check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for an email from Calendly.
Keep your email up to date, so you can quickly receive the verification email and confirm your identity. For more information on managing your login preferences, check out this article.
Why am I not receiving the verification email?
If you're asked to verify a code but don’t receive the email, here are some possible reasons:
- Your email address may be incorrect.
- You might have reached the limit for incorrect code attempts or new requests. These limits are in place to protect your account from unauthorized access.
If you need help with the verification process, contact our support team. We’ll assist you in securing your account.
