Having trouble importing your Pardot form into Calendly? This guide covers common issues and how to fix them.
I’m not seeing any forms to import
If you’ve connected Pardot but don’t see any forms to import, here are a few possible reasons:
- You’re using Pardot form handlers, not Pardot native forms.
- The Salesforce user you connected isn’t a Pardot user.
- You have a Pardot account, but your role doesn’t allow creating or editing form templates.
- Your Pardot account isn’t hosted on a custom domain (for example,
go.pardot.comis not a custom domain, butgo.calendly.comis).
I’m not seeing my form’s fields
You were able to select a form to import, but your form fields aren’t showing in Calendly.
This often happens if your Pardot domain is connected to Cloudflare.
To fix this:
- Whitelist the Pardot domain in your Cloudflare settings.
Note: Cloudflare requires a higher-tier plan to enable domain whitelisting.
I'm receiving a '403' error in Chrome
Seeing a 403 error when importing a Pardot form into Calendly?
This usually means you're using a demo Pardot form, which has limitations.
For more information, see this article on demo Pardot form limitations.
