How to embed routing from Pardot forms

Before you begin

To embed Advanced Routing with Pardot, start by importing a Pardot routing form into Calendly.

Step 1 - Generate and copy the Advanced Routing embed script

  1. From your Calendly home page, navigate to Routing page.
  2. Find the form you’d like to embed, and select Share to the right of it.
  3. Select Share to the right of the routing form you'd like to embed.
  4. Under Step 1 in the Embed Code panel, select Copy to copy the script.

Step 2 - Insert the Advanced Routing embed script in your Pardot form's Layout Template

  1. Navigate to Pardot.
  2. In the sidebar, expand Marketing, then Forms, and select Layout Templates.
  3. Locate the Pardot form you’re embedding, and under Actions, select the gear icon.
  4. Choose Edit to access the form's layout template.
  5. Paste the script copied in the previous step after the %%content%% tag within the script.

  6. Select Save in the bottom right.

Step 3 - Generate and copy the Advanced Routing embed code for your website

  1. From your Calendly home page, navigate to Routing page.
  2. Find the form you’d like to embed, and select Share to the right of it.
  3. Under Step 2 in the Embed Code panel, select Copy to copy the embed code.
  4. On your website, paste this code into your HTML above the Pardot form iFrame on your main site.
