Hyperlinking text in the body of an email or in your email signature is a quick and convenient way to share your Calendly link with invitees.
Steps to hyperlink text
- Navigate to your Calendly Home page and visit the Event Types page.
- Copy the scheduling link you desire to share.
- Navigate to your email program.
- Highlight the text you want to hyperlink (in a composed email or your email signature editor).
- Select the Insert link icon in the toolbar.
- Paste the scheduling link in the URL box.
- Select Ok / Save.
How to add a scheduling button
Insert a scheduling button into your email signature by downloading the image directly to your computer and then uploading it to your email program.
Steps to add a scheduling button
- Navigate to your Calendly Home page and visit the Event Types tab.
- Copy the scheduling link you desire to share.
- View the gallery of our scheduling button options.
- Select the scheduling button that best suits you from the gallery above.
- Highlight the scheduling button. (On a computer, you can also right-click on the scheduling button of choice.)
- Save the scheduling button to your device. (On a computer, select Save image as... and save the scheduling button to your computer.)
- In the email signature editor, select the Insert image icon in the toolbar and select the file you've just saved.
- In the editor pane, select the newly-added button image to highlight it.
- Select the Insert link icon and add your Calendly link.
- Select Ok / Save.
