Hyperlinking text
Hyperlinking text is a fast and simple way to share your Calendly link with invitees.
- Copy the link you wish to share.
- Navigate to your email program.
- Highlight the text you want to hyperlink (in a composed email or your email signature editor).
- Select the Insert link icon.
- Paste the scheduling link in the URL field.
- Select Ok or Save.

Adding a scheduling button
You can insert a button image into your email signature and link it to your Calendly.
- Copy your Calendly link from your Home page.
- Choose a button from the scheduling button gallery.
- Highlight the scheduling button.
- With a mouse, you can also right-click the scheduling button of choice.

Save the scheduling button to your device.
- On a computer, select Save image as... and save the scheduling button to your computer.
- Navigate to your email program.
- In the email signature editor, select the Insert image icon and upload the saved button.
- In the editor pane, select the newly-added button image to highlight it.
- Select the Insert link icon and add your Calendly link.
- Paste the scheduling link in the URL box.
- Select Ok or Save.
