    Hi Kerry,

If you have a set start time each day for your bookings that you want to offer, you can set your availability interval to start at that time. If you set your duration to be the same length as your availability interval, then only that one time slot will be offered to be booked. For instance, if you offer a 4 hour session that should start at 9am each day, you would want to set your availability interval to 9am-1pm and then set your event duration to 240 minutes. This video will cover how to set up intervals of availability in your event type settings!

    Thanks for this.

I have my event duration at 360mins this makes it 9-3 I think. But when I go to the calendar, it asks if I want to book 9, 9:30 or 10:00.

    I cant work out why?

    Thanks

    Hi Kerry,

If you have an event type set to a duration of 360 minutes and you want 9:00am to be the only start time to be offered, you will want to check your event type settings to confirm that your availability is set from 9:00am-3:00pm on the days you offer these sessions. If you confirm that this is the availability interval you are using and you are still seeing issues, reach out to our support team using this link and they can take a closer look at your specific account!
