We are using Ruby Receptionist to answer calls and schedule appointments, during their intake they enter the clients email address in the correct field. We are okay with the client receiving an email to verify that the appointment has been set. However once we have met with the client there is generally an adjustment made to the amount of time that was spent with the client for billing purposes, this change create another email to be sent to the client. This is not something that we want.
Is there a way for us to toggle off the email notification going to the client? Please call me if possible, my number is below.
