Zaps from Calendly to Activecampaign
Destacada RespondidaNew user here. I am running a facebook campaign with multiple offers. Each offer is different, so I would need the info to be tagged in Active Campaign so I know which offer they are responding to.
So, my question is this -- do I simply clone my Calendly event, naming each event differently(and use that link in my facebook ad), then do a corresponding number of zaps to Active Campaign where each zap has the appropriate tag? I hope that makes sense.

Hi Next Level Fitness & Performance,
That makes perfect sense! That is one way to do it, but you can also add 3 different utm_parameters to the end of your scheduling link where each one correlates with the respective Facebook campaign. For example, you could append:
- ?utm_campaign=JuneFBCampaign1
- ?utm_campaign=JuneFBCampaign2
- ?utm_campaign=JuneFBCampaign3
That way, you can dictate which meetings are from which campaign in Calendly; and, utilize this information (the utm_parameters) when passing information to ActiveCampaign via a Zap. You can even use these links you create within Activecampaign, too. I hope that helps!
