Best Practice suggestions needed for worldwide events

I use Calendly to set up demos of my service. I would like a different event type for different parts of the world - ie North America and Europe. They are essentially the same event, but just want to show different time availability in each. So, my question is whether there is an ability to add a note in the event details that only I can see that would allow me to describe why I created the Event Type.

    Hi David,

    Great question! We just rolled out our new event types page, which includes the option to add an internal note on each of your event types! To do this, simply click the gear icon on your event type and then choose "add internal note". See below:
