    Hi David,

Email confirmations and reminders are sent from notifications@calendly.com. You are not able have these emails sent from your domain.

However, you may be able to use calendar invitations instead of email confirmations. These notifications work for users with a Google, Office 365 or Outlook.com cloud calendar connection. Calendly will add your invitee as a guest to the event created on your calendar which triggers a calendar invitation to be sent from the email address associated with your connected calendar account. This may help reduce the spam placement of the email notifications for your invitees! You can change which notifications you are using in the "Notifications & Cancellation Policy" section of your event type settings:

Does calendly have "Sender Authentication" with DKIM keys in place... My assumption is that email clients can't verify that emails sent by calendly are authenticated to send emails on behalf of my domain... I believe that is a big reason as to why our invites are going to our customers spam folder...

    Hi Peter,

Calendly does not send emails on behalf of your domain. If you are using email confirmations, these are sent from notifications@calendly.com with a reply-to address of the email you use to log into your account. If you are using calendar invitations, these are sent from the email address associated with your connected calendar account. Calendly triggers these notifications by adding your invitee as a guest to the event created on your calendar, but these notifications are not coming from Calendly through your domain!
