Submitting an Email Ticket via Chatbot

Follow these steps to submit an email ticket:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly page.
  2. Request to submit an email ticket.
  3. If prompted, sign in to your account.
  4. Select Open an email ticket with a Support Agent.
  5. Provide as many details as possible and send your message.
