I have students use Calendly to book times to work with me. Sometimes they type their own email address incorrectly. When the meeting invitation is sent to them, it is undeliverable. However, I do not receive any notification that the student did not receive the email. On my side, an appointment has been made. On the student's side, the meeting was not confirmed. How can I know a student did not receive the invitation?
When an email doesn't go through, doesn't Calendly receive a bounce-back email notification that the email was undeliverable? Is there a way for that notification to be sent to me? Then I can check the email address the student typed and confirm the meeting with the student on my own.
