Common Scenario: I'm on the phone with a client, and while 95% of the time I tell them to go to my scheduling link to schedule an appointment, there are cases where I need to do it on their behalf. Typically, I do this by going to my own scheduling link and entering in their info as tho it were them. However, often, I'm wanting to bypass the usual times I may have blocked out or busy on my calendar. So I then must log into Calendy and put it whatever one-off exception edits, and potentially go into my Google Calender to do the same.
What if instead, I can simply log into Calendly, click an ADD NEW APPOINTMENT link and because I'm the Admin, I can enter in an appointment that bypasses everything because the system understands that I want to make an exception outside of my normal boundaries. This override could even ask me, "Are you sure you want to override everything?" Then bing batter BOOM, while I'm still on the call, I could have easily set the client up for them to receive an email from me about the appointment. It's impressive when they see it while I'm still on the call.
