As someone in tech, I am floored that you have such weak CS! I am a paid user who can't get live chat to remedy an obvious glitch on your software's part? After accepting meetings or scheduling meetings, NO events show up in my upcoming or pending. Clearly this is an issue with your UI. This is an unacceptable UX for a paying customer. To add insult to injury, your FAQ bubbles are not at all helpful when your software fails. i
