    Yes me too!  I need chat support for an obvious glitch in your software!!  I updated the availability in my calendar to accommodate a client, but even though the new parameters show up EVERYWHERE in the calendar, the system will not let me schedule the time slot I have just opened up.  VERY FRUSTRATING THAT YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO FIX THIS.
