Scheduling Sub-Calendars

    Oh!  I agree!  i'm having this issue, also.  We have two appointment options but because the additional questions don't show up on the calendar itself when an appointment is made (the staff member would need to review each email) we've created a sub-calendar for each appointment type (also to make sure we remain compliant with our capacity limitations during COVID).  We realized the same thing - each sub-calendar allows for up to four simultaneous appointments at any given time, but if an appointment is scheduled on one sub-calendar, that time is removed completely from the other sub-calendar.  

    Conversely, if there is a way to associate a Calendly calendar with different sub-calendars on the same user account that is connected, this might be able to be avoided.
