For my business, I currently use the reminder emails to ask my clients to confirm their appointment. They have to reply with an email, typing it out, and then we go back and forth with options of paying their remaining balance. An option to add a confirmation button into the reminser emails, as well as even payment option for remaining balance (like in the booking appointment area) would be such a huge help! It would save me loads of time! I love Calendly and all you have done for my business and continue to do!
