I use calendly religiously because I have lots of calendars but also because I work with a lot of people from different timezones.
I use the ad hoc meeting feature a lot with stakeholders so that I can suggest meeting slots in their timezone. However, the timezone drop-down is extremely frustrating to use. It doesn't seem to have a full list of timezones? I haven't figured out how the list is structured.
e.g. Today, I'm trying to schedule someone based in Senegal.
It's not by country, so I can't search by country. I can't find Senegal.
I also can't search by city. I can't find Dakar.
I can't search by the timezone itself. Couldn't find 'GMT'. (e.g. I can't search 'GMT'??? but I can search 'UTC'??)
I can't search by UTC hours. In this case, I could find 'UTC' but I can't search for any other UTC hours? i.e. UTC+2 or something
It's really baffling to me how the list is structured, like were the timezones cherry-picked? I can't figure it out.
Please please add a proper finished list (even just to search by UTC is enough) OR at least put the UTC zone next to the 'current time' text. (the current time text is unhelpful if you're not scheduling for someone in a close timezone i.e. if you're not in the USA scheduling with a non-USA person)
