So I’m thinking it would be nice for a dispatcher of sorts to be able to give details on online prospects when booking appts for them with the sales reps. So the flow is prospect comes in. Is assigned to Sales Rep A after dispatcher checks skedge. Prospect gets notified. Sales Rep gets notified. But Sales Rep also has extra info to hand (that prospect doesn’t see) like what the prospect said on online form, a bit of notes, background, whateva. You could call it a poor man’s CRM haha. Even better if after the appt is taken, the rep can ‘take over’ and “reset” that call to a later date. So it’s now repurposed as a weird makeshift CRM. Whether that later date is another call or just a reminder to make a call when it pops up. Until the rep gets a chance to add it to their real CRM or spreadsheet, manually. Or better yet Zap it in there. Downhome and not functional if you have too much going on... But you’d get some takers as it would kind of do a sloppy double duty...but double duty nonetheless. Survey of one! PS - I think digital peeps lose touch of the fact that regular jo n joana just make do with what they have and roll w it. So if they learn Calendly, then let it be more for them than it is. Flexible use. Why not? It’s little idiosyncrasies like that which will take you outside the realm of Googles and such. Or other calendars. Be the platypus. Until they get that CRM then. Play the space in between :)
