    Hi devteam ! I am sorry but it's not working !

    I have tried a billion times of created new rdv from calendly, using Zoom (I have a pro Zoom account) and each time it creates a "normal" zoom meeting without taking into account my security config within zoom (I have put on the option "create a password for all new zoom meetin" ! So someting doen't work in your calendly-zoom integration that doesn't follow what are the settings on zoom !

    Please urgent to fix that

    Max - please lock the setting after you turn it on to have your passwords appear in your Calendly meetings.

     

     

    To get the lock to appear in your settings you must:

     

    1. Have admin access to your account.
    2. Enter billing info in your account.

    Hi Calendly team,
    Thank you so much for your quick answer but it doesn’t help at all.
    I already put my professional info in the billing area in zoom.
    And I don’t see any little locker on the right (and anywhere else) close to the “create password for all new zoom room”
    How is it possible having such a difference?

    Max, make sure you're in the "Account Settings" section, not "Settings":

     

     

    The lock will appear here.

    This is not visible to me either. I am not an admin for Zoom in my organization. I am licensed but not a super admin. Thus, I don't have that option. There needs to be a way for it to work with a user selected option like what Max posted. It's literally the user specific option for requiring a password. Lock or not, when that setting is selected, you could save it (see image) and it's there/pre configured each time I'm logged in.

    Hey Mike,

     

    Unfortunately Zoom's API does not work that way. That functionality lies in their control, not ours. In the meantime, if you can get your admin to lock the controls, you should see the passwords.

    How do I tell calendly to set the zoom password for all scheduled meetings to the number 1 ?

    Hi Nkem, 

    I hope you can assist. I've been having issues, where the meeting that is added to the invitees diaries does not include the zoom passcode (note that the links have been changed). This has resulted in a few people missing the call, as the link required the password.

    How can I ensure that the passcode is included in the meeting invite?
