1. you should have a small call center that can help people through their problems in real time.
-Marion, the person I have been working with is extremely helpful, but I would much rather pick up the phone and have my issues solved immediately instead of lingering frustration.
2. your directions should be more specific.
3. you shouldn't have to pay for multiple accounts if only one person is actually using their account. For example, i am going to be paying for 3 accounts so that I can sync with 2 peoples calendars, but they will never be sending out invites or using their accounts at all.
4. you should be able to add someone to your team after they make an account. I wasn't aware that i had to add them to my team right away. Now i will have to wait hours to get a response on this and potentially be wasting money for separate accounts.
