    Hi Puss OnlineLectures,

The Zoom meetings location will also be 15 minutes, but it will not automatically close to protect you if your meeting is running over the designated time.

    Tim,

Is this still the case? A few attendees have experienced a connection problem when the 15 window ends and say they had been kicked out of the Zoom conference. On my end it appears the meeting is continuing as normal.

    Hi Judy,

Happy to help here. This is still the case.

In our testing, the meeting will continue and does not automatically close after the duration of the Zoom meeting has been met (however, you should ensure your Zoom plan doesn't end meetings automatically based on your license).

If you end the meeting after the duration has been met and invitees attempt to join, they will be unable to as the meeting has passed.

If you end the meeting ahead of time and the duration has not been met and invitees attempt to join, they will be able to reconnect without issue (as the meeting is still ongoing.)

It's possible that if the issue isn't happening for all invitees that the issue may be isolated to those specific users. I'd encourage them to ensure they are using the correct meeting & participant id or link when attempting to join.

    I hope that helps!
