As the creator of an event we can mark a meeting as "attended" or "missed" after the set time.
If we select "attended" there could be a follow-up email to the client which summarizes the topic of the meeting.
If we select "missed" then there will be a different automated email that asks the client to "reschedule" or "respond" with a reason for the missed meeting or respond with any questions.
