This is what the body of my current email reminders look like
From this reminder, you are able to cancel, reschedule and confirm your appointment attendance.
To confirm your attendance please:
1-day reminder prior to appointment (Please reply YES to this email to confirm attendance)
2-hour reminder to appointment (Please reply YES to this email to confirm attendance)
10-minute reminder to the appointment (Please use 'Click Here To Attend Your Appointment)
I would love it if:
I could customize my reminders so that they can do different actions requested from that particular reminder. For example, have the 1-day and 2-hour reminder have the added ability for appointment attendees to click to confirm attendance rather than what I have to ask them to do which is to reply back. And then for my 10-minute reminder only contain the link to join their Zoom meeting. This would be MUCH cleaner and less confusing.
