    I was poking through the documentation and found this page.

    From that, it looks like in team version that in addition to every team member getting their own calendar, your team ends up with a team calendar as well that can distribute events across your team members. That is, if you're busy at a particular time, someone else should still be able to hold an appointment at that same time.

    I don't use this feature myself so I'd do some thorough reading or email support to make sure. Here's more team topics.
