I'm looking to add a new user into my Calendly account. We currently use Calendly with one user, where that user's availability is displayed on the website when people want to book an appointment for showings.
I was just wondering how it would work out if we were to add another user to our account subscription. If hypothetically I were to have a showing at 10-11AM, but another customer wants to book at 10-11AM, my Calendly would automatically consider that busy, correct?
If I add another user to my subscription and team, would Calendly then show this 10-11AM slot as available, assuming my team member's calendar is marked as free at this time on his Google Calendar?
Furthermore, does adding another user to my account also result in them having their own calendars they can add, similar to my account? Will Calendly scan their calendars, as well as mine, independent of each other, and then consolidate the availability of the team to display on our website for client bookings?
Also will they also have the feature of letting Calendly automate its additions into their personal Google Calendar when they have their own bookings? Lastly, as the team leader, do I have the option of consolidating my entire team's calendar into one big one for me to view on my own personal Gcal?
