Gang, Great product.
Very polite messages.
Give-and-take with vocal customers not so great.
This is not "co-creation" or "customer engagement" of any value to me. I don't want to "help". I want to get value for my money. Without visibility into production I'll assess the app's value by using it.
I can answer "that's a great idea" and "implementation is unknown" myself.
Without any transparency into Calendly's prioritization, timeline and progress of implementation of possible features, it no longer is worth my time to participate in this forum.
This "service" leaves me with a feeling of being manipulated. There's one way I can unilaterally address that.
Beware the seduction of marketing's exploitation of paying customers.
