Based on the number of posts here, it's obvious your clients WANT to refer to you. They want a personalized referral link to share with their associates, friends and clients.
It also seems to me that they'd have more incentive to refer your service if they received a little kickback. It could be a small percentage off their monthly/annual fee, or a free month of service here or there based on PAID new clients.
Just saying that Calendly is missing out on some MONEY THAT IS SITTING ON THE TABLE.
