I think it would be nice to have event types (and other fields) that populate different options based on selections to a previous question (logic). For example, we meet with clients on the phone, on web conference, and in-person. It would be nice for the client to make a selection and then enter additional details (phone number or address) or receive a web conference link only when selecting that option.
We previously used multiple event types to address phone vs web conference vs in-person meetings. That meant managing 3X more event types than necessary - problematic as we identified tweaks or additional questions to insert in each version.
