    Hi David,

You can use Calendly for Chrome to share adhoc meetings with those who you want to meet with during the conference. When you hover over an event made in your Calendar (and not a Calendly-scheduled event), it will display "Overlaps Event." Then, select the time and share it.

For example, if I have a conference at 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM, I can still choose the 5:30 AM - 6:00 AM time slot and share it with an invitee via email:

Please keep in mind that as shared, you can't double book over other Calendly scheduled events.

People should be able to schedule times according to the calendar that has nothing to do with my personal calendar

    Hi Robin,

If you would like to schedule events within Calendly despite any events listed in your personal calendar, you can simply un-select your connected calendar from the Check for conflicts section of your Calendar Connections page.

This will ensure your connected calendar is not considered for conflicting events.

I hope this helps! If you run into any issues with this, feel free to reach out to our team at support@calendly.com.

I'm setting up an event for 60 people. Is there a way to set up the bookings for more than one person per household? For example, my wife and I want to attend this event, how can I book the two of us at once instead of individually? Thanks

@akiko it would be ideal to have the ability to override this setting for select events vs on the account level.
