With the recent updates whenever a customer reschedules a meeting I can no longer see the old appointment on my calendar.
This leaves me completely lost because I look at my calendar and I have 4 appointments, then when I sit down to make the phone calls I only have 2 appointments and I have no record of the appointment changes on my calendar.
Moreover, if a customer has rescheduled more than 3 times, I would like to let them know that they are abusing the rescheduling feature.
It used to extremely easy to figure this out but now it is very difficult.
I don't understand what was wrong with the old system, it worked perfectly and I have been relying on it for 3 years.
Under the old system, when a customer cancels, then the meeting appears as "cancelled" on the calendar, the spot is then vacant in my calendar for another customer to pick a time, and there is a record of the cancelled appointments on the calendar.
It was perfect!!!
Now it is really confusing. I don't understand what was wrong with the old system.
Please bring it back...as soon as possible!!
