    Hi Eric,

You can use our "Buffer before/after event" settings to:

    • Account for meetings running long
    • Give yourself adequate time to commute
    • Adequately prepare for a meeting
    • Regroup, take notes and send follow-up

You can find the buffer feature within your event types' advanced settings. We recommend adding a buffer either before or after events, as combining the two can sometimes get dicey. Keep in mind, adding buffers allows time to be tacked onto scheduled events. If you would like to add gaps of time between start times, then you'll want to edit your start time intervals for that day's availability.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Tyler,

I've added 10 min buffer time after my meetings, But when i test it is not taking buffer time. It is showing continuous time after every meeting(see screenshots). Please help me out what is the issue.

    Hi Ganesh,

Happy to help clarify here. The buffer is only added after the meeting is booked so that all of the time slots show up and you're able to offer more availability for the convenience of your invitees.

    I hope that clarifies!
