I have a call type and I want to set the priority for different days of the week so that staff member a is first to be distributed calls when available and staff member b) is 2nd to calls.
On Monday staff member a would be prioritised as first to take scheduled calls. Staff member b would be 2nd.
On Tuesday staff member b would be first and staff member a second.
I'd also like to alternate the schedules each week so that:
Week 1 - Staff member a is first to be booked for scheduled calls Mon/Wed/Fri. Staff member b = Tues/Thurs.
Week 2 - Staff member b is first to booked scheduled calls Mon/Wed/Fri/. Staff member a = Tues/Thurs.
Both need to be on the same call type link.
Would love to know if this can be made possible.
