    Hi Elliot,

Thanks for all the great feedback about this very popular request. Currently, two things happen when an event is canceled:

    1. "Canceled" is added to the title.
    2. The event status is changed from Busy to Available (so that it no longer blocks future bookings at that time).

Furthermore, if you delete an event within Google, Office 365, or Outlook.com, the event will cancel within Calendly as well.

I can understand the continued confusion/work this is adding for you and will advocate for this with the team.

    Best,

    Hannah at Calendly

follow up question on this -

"Furthermore, if you delete an event within Google, Office 365, or Outlook.com, the event will cancel within Calendly as well."

I have events syncing, however, when I delete them within Google Calendar, it is not syncing to show available in Calendly.  Any thoughts or directions?

I have a MacBook laptop, and found out that if you go to Google calendar, choose settings, then click on "general." Scroll down until you see "View Options," then unselect "show declined events." This should take care of it.

PLEASE fix this issue! Have canceled events automatically deleted from Calendar. This is messing up sync with other apps and calendars.

With iCloud Calendar the issue still runs.

If the event is cancelled from calendly webiste. it appears cancelled on my iCloud calendar. BUT! If someone want to schedule on a time where a previous event was cancelled, the calendly offers the option and the avaibility but it push the event one hour later in my iCloud calendart !!! So The 5pm on as been confirmed to the client on his side at 4pm
