    Hello!

We have a direct Exchange Server Connection in Beta right now.  Please email me at brett@calendly.com if you'd like to be added to the Beta.

    Hi Christopher,

At this time, the only way to connect with Exchange calendars is to use our Outlook Desktop plug-in for PCs. The plug-in allows Calendly to locally connect with the calendars you are viewing in your Outlook client on your desktop.

New events scheduled with you will not post to your calendar until your plug-in syncs. In order for your plug-in to sync the plug-in (the application called "Calendly for Outlook" on your computer) needs to be open and running and your computer needs to be connected to the internet. You can adjust your settings so that your plug-in runs on startup for your computer by following the steps here: Adding Programs to Startup. This will ensure that if you shutdown your computer, when you restart it, the plug-in will open automatically!

You will also want to ensure that your plug-in is set to sync automatically. To do this, open "Calendly for Outlook" on your computer, click on the blue "Settings" button and then click on Advanced. Make sure that the plug-in is set to sync in realtime and save any changes you make to your settings!
