We have a sales team
we have groups (French, German, Spanish, English, ...)
We have the ability to limit appointments on the group level but not on the user level
I have 1 sales person for Fr, De, En that only wants afternoons. But this shouldn't block all Fr, De and En.
So since i never saw how to personalize a specific user, is it the case her only option is to create apointments for those times even though she's free for internal apointments?
Cause I can see that quickly turning into a pain to every day get notifications for a work around? Not to mention that's going to confuse everyone inside.
