    Hi Robyn,

    I see you wrote in to our support team and they were able to help you determine that you were connected to an alias address that Outlook generated. You can confirm this if you visit your Calendar Connection Page and see an alphanumeric address instead of your email address that is associated with your calendar. Since this is not the calendar you are using, this is why your calendar connection does not work to correct your availability on your live links or to see your Calendly events in your Outlook calendar.

    You can try disconnecting and reconnecting to your calendar on your Calendar Connection Page or if you have a PC, you can use our Calendly for Outlook plug-in to connect to your calendar instead!
