    Hi Jane,

    You can change the way invitees enter their name by changing the setting within the invitee questions portion of your event type settings. If you wish for only their first name to show in the confirmation email, you can switch the field within the notifications and cancellation policy portion of your event type settings. This will be drop-down option above the subject and body of the message.
