I'm looking for advice on how to deal with a complicated calendar. I may be missing some features or options that would make dealing with this easier.
I'm a freelance consultant that uses my public Calendly page so my potential clients can easily schedule one-to-ones over coffee and things, with these meetings usually being used to explore a lead or nail down the details of a proposal. Once people are my clients, I rely more on the private links to customize meeting options to their needs.
I recently landed a contract with a client where they want me to work with them two days a week for the rest of the year - yay! This would as much as possible be two full calendar days a week, though especially now at the beginning, I will probably have to split those days up over different sessions. And these two days a week won't be the same every week, since they will depend on events that this client is running, as well as scheduling around work for my other clients. As part of this contract, they want me to do one-to-one meetings with their stakeholders to interview and recruit them for different things over the course of the year.
So, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way I can set my calendly and/or my calendars to do two things at once:
1) keep up a public link where potential clients can easily set up a coffee or phone call with me, that *excludes* the time that I am spending with the two-day-a-week client, and at the same time,
2) a private link that I can send to the stakeholders for the two-day-a-week client that allows them to schedule meetings with me *only* during the time I have for that client.
I know how I could set up either of these things on their own - it's making it happen both at once that's a bit confusing to me. Do you have any suggestions for how I could set this up? I use Google Calendar.
