How do I view calendar

    Hi there,

Calendly is a scheduling platform that essentially sits on top of the user's connected personal calendar. It checks for events marked “Busy” and interprets them as conflicts, preventing invitees from scheduling new events at those times. When an invitee schedules with the user, the event is automatically published to your personal calendar and appears in the user's dashboard.

So when people receive a user's Calendly link, they are seeing the times that are available as a result of the available times on the user's personal calendar and the time they have set as their availability within Calendly.

If the Calendly user isn't using a connected calendar, any event that someone books through their Calendly link will be available on their Calendly dashboard. If you need to see what is on their dashboard, I would suggest having them create a Calendly specific password and share the access to their Calendly account.

    I hope this helps!

This does not help. I have four of five different overlaying calendars - one for work, one for home, one for my business. I would like to be able to see the calendar - both availability and bookings - so I can see where my conflicts are.

Is there any input on this? It's not very useful to have a calendar connection but only able to see it on one side. It keeps telling me I have no events on my Calendly calendar and that's obviously not the case...not sure what I am missing.

    Hi @Russ,

Happy to clarify! When you schedule a Calendly event, it will show up in your Calendly Dashboard. Events created outside of Calendly on your calendar, for example, do not show up in the Calendly Dashboard.

This allows you to continue working in your calendar while Calendly "sits on top" of it, giving you greater flexibility (and automation) around scheduling meetings.

If you need further assistance, then please feel free to write a support ticket so that our team can dive in further.

It seems like they've been asked to do this for years now and are just not going to do it so: Don't forget that what you put on Calendly goes to your personal Gmail calendar so at least there is that. You can always set up sort of a dummy email account to keep a fresh Calendly calendar there or add a calendar to an existing account.

This is insane right that it's not a thing?

Like it's purely just a quality of life addition to create a calendar and append the existing "busy" slots to the view so that an end user can have something visual to understand what their day looks like.

I understand for certain people that the scheduling feature is good enough, but at 15$/month it is absolutely insane that the OOB apple calendar is doing more than calendly.
