Can availability for Personal Events be set to override Outlook calendar availability for Team Events?

    Hi there,

Because your Outlook Calendar is the master calendar in which Calendly is drawing your true availability, blocking a day off there would prevent you from being booked in Calendly for both personal and team events.

If you want to prevent yourself from being booked for team events, remove the block from your Outlook calendar. Then, you can simply uncheck your name from the interval in the round-robin event's availability. If you're not an Admin on Team Manager, then you can have your Admin or Team manager do this for you.

That way, you can still get booked for your B2B events, and be off for your team events.
