The "schedule" button at the end of the payment process is VERY confusing. It threw my client and me both!
Shouldn't it say PAY NOW or CONFIRM or SUBMIT. or at least SCHEDULE & PAY NOW??? Or have an arrow pointing to it or SOMETHING??? it's very misleading. It suggests not that it completes the process, but looks like it will take you to schedule a new, different event entirely.
My client went through the process twice and never figured out that she was failing to submit the payment or schedule request. I'm concerned that another client is having the same problem as I still haven't seen his appointment or payment
