    Hi Rachel,

Happy to help! When I checked your account it seems like you've already found a way to make all of this work with Calendly. In terms of scheduling for your team members via Calendly for Chrome, this is not possible.

For everyone else who may need help starting a team:

You can invite your team members into your Calendly account by inviting them via email. The first steps would be to:

    1. Invite them to your team, via your Users Page
    2. Set up a Team Page
    3. Start Scheduling, using Team Event Types

Whenever you want to see the meetings scheduled for you, your team or specific users, you can view your Calendly Dashboard:

If I'm understanding the use case correctly (that you are EA to 2 people), I think I have a solution.

In chrome, create a new profile for each person you need to manage.  In that profile, log into their calendly account and use the browser plugin from that profile to do what you want to do.

It's non-ideal of course, to have to use their accounts, but I'm assuming as an executive assistant there is intimate trust already.
