    Hi Sharon,

    Happy to help here! Are you all using the same device to book appointments? It seems so when you say, "When we schedule an appointment ourselves."

    If so, please know that when using the same device, Calendly auto-fills the previous invitee's data into the booking form. The reason for this is that if an invitee is continually scheduling with you via their device, it makes it convenient for them to have their information pre-filled.

    For you, though, it may be best for you to turn this off so that you can start off with a blank booking form each time you're booking on behalf of your invitees. You can:

    1. Head to your event types page
    2. Click on the Settings Gear of an event, then edit
    3. Scroll down to the "Invitee Questions" section
    4. Hover over the name fields, and click the pencil/edit icon
    5. Turn off Auto-fill

    My autofill is turned off and it's still leaving old data in the form all from one device (my pad mini) at bridal expos. Was super annoying.
