    Hi Traci,

    It sounds like you're unavailable when you should be free–is that correct? If so, you may want to check out our Availability Diagnostic Tool; that way, you can troubleshoot why you're unavailable when you should be free.

    From there, you'd be able to make changes that open up your availability and help turn those "non-clickable gray days" into the "clickable blue days."
