    Hi there,

Notifications that you receive from Calendly of a scheduled event will include the time of the event relative to your time zone setting in your Account Settings. It will also include your invitee's time zone!

You will also be able to see the invitee time zone on your Dashboard when you click to expand the event details:

    Hi Kendall,

Sorry I did not describe it clear enough.

It would be great to include Invitee's TIME AND TIMEZONE.

I often need the invitee's time to remind him an event is coming in the email. I do not want to calculate the time for my invitee based on the timezone. It is just a headache to do so.

If the bellow result can be provided, that would be great:

    Event Date/Time for Host:
    10:00pm - Sunday, January 6, 2019 (Pacific Time - US & Canada)

    Event Date/Time for Invitee:
    8:00am - Monday, January 7, 2019 (India time)

    Hi there,

Thank you for clarifying that you are looking to see the invitee's start time, not just time zone, in your notifications. It may help to know that your invitee will see the start time in their time zone from the notifications and the email reminders you can send from Calendly! However, if it would help you to see this converted time for other purposes, will you please add this request to our idea portal and share your use case? Our product team watches that portal daily for inspiration and to see trends on how they can improve Calendly for our users!
