    Hi Kelly,

I checked your account and it seems you've got it connected–congrats! At any time, you can head to your Calendar Connection page to edit your calendar connected to Calendly and choose which calendar(s) are being synced as well as to which calendar Calendly will publish Calendly-booked events.

Tim, I have connected the calendar but my office availability is still not showing up in my calendly availability so i can create an appropriate schedule.

    Hi Mdida,

Have you tried using our Availability Diagnostic Tool? It will help you troubleshoot why you're unavailable when you should be free. That way, you can make the changes to your Calendly account and/or your Calendar to open up your availability.

For example, when I use the tool, I can see that 10:00am and 10:30am are blocked because of a busy event in my Google Calendar:

From here, now I know that I need to head to my Google Calendar and see what's blocking my Calendly availability at that time. If it's a rogue event, then I'll delete it. If it's a reminder I've set for myself, then I'll be sure to mark it as "free" so that Calendly does not consider this as a conflict.

When you're able, please check out more about this using our Help Center guide on Troubleshooting Availability.

I have my outlook calendar linked to my account, but it isn't scheduling my appointments in Outlook. Previously I had to select something that said add to calendar and I'm not finding that anymore. I'm not sure what I am wrong.

    I appreciate your help.

    Hi Jessica,

You can search your Windows Computer for "Calendly for Outlook." Then, open the program and click on Settings.

From there, click on the dropdown menu to change and/or add one of your calendars to the "Add new events to calendar" section:

    Hi Mandy,

If you are having issues with your calendar connection, I'd recommend opening a ticket with our support team here so that they can take a look at your account.

Please make sure to include the following information so that we can take a closer look:

    • Screenshot of your connected calendar in the weekly view with any sub-calendars showing on the left hand side
    • If you are using the Calendly for Outlook plug-in, include a screenshot of your plug-in settings page.
