We work in a consulting firm where we we use Calendly to book initial client interviews. Our process requires a team to be on the call (30 min) with the client followed by a 30 minute debrief with just the team to do a project assessment.
Is there anyway to automatically book an adjacent 30 minute meeting when a client books on Calendly? Another way to do this would be to have calandly book a 60 minute meeting but only invite the client to the first 30 min.
(Eg: If the client books 2:00-2:30 - I would like Calendly to autobook 2:30 - 3:00)
I already use buffers but it doesn't actually block off the time... which means its still open to booking from outside the Calendly system.
