Setting the default timezone - different from mine?

    Hi Aron,

    I'm happy to help! Calendly intelligently detects the time zone of your invitees based on their device settings. When they visit your scheduling page, your availability will be displayed in their time zone.

    There are a couple things that factor into time zones: the device settings (for both the host and invitee), the email time zone settings(for both the host and invitee), and of course the time zone for your Calendly account/ the event time zone. If your invitee is seeing an incorrect time zone, I might suggest that they check their device or browser time zone settings if they are seeing a time zone other than their own. If they are seeing the wrong time zone in their confirmation email or on their calendar, it could be their calendar time zone is something other than their own.
