I'm a recruiter that specializes in the product + design space. I have a premium calendly account right now and love the service.
What would be super helpful to me (and I'm sure many other recruiters as well) would be to add a requirement that makes candidates upload there resume or portfolio prior to speak. It would take an additional step out of the recruitment process and save so much time.
If this can be accomplished in 2019 that would be great! Appreciate your hard work.
