    Hi Rob,

Thank you for submitting this idea! While I don't have a target date on when we will offer different calendar connections per event type, I can share your suggestions with the team to discuss further.

    Best,

    Hannah at Calendly

Please please implement this! Event types should be able to check against a conflict in any calendar or sub-calendar and book into any calendar or sub-calendar. We could do this before with another calendaring product and we're having to jump through hoops with Calendly and create extra users with extra calendars just to reproduce this functionality!

This feature is so valuable and important.  When running multiple calendars for different clients - its important that the events land on the right calendar.  First for organizational reasons, but secondly to make sure one client's event doesn't show up on a different calendar.

Ideally, when creating an event - select which calendar the event should be created to.  I realize that it means we will have to link to more than one calendar during setup.

    Thanks - Stephen

This is a NECESSARY feature. I'm a Care Coordinator for a team of clinicians. Each "event" is booking a visit with a different doctor, and I need appts to show up on their individual calendars, not one overarching calendar. Currently, all events pop up on the shared calendar, and then I have to manually move the appt over into the clinician's individual calendar. It's a critical extra step to make sure the right doctor sees the appt on their schedule, and more work = more room for error : / Please prioritize this feature! I'm SURE there's a demand for it beyond this small number of comments.

Just want to chime in and say that we need this as well.

We've got multiple client facing teams that each have a book of clients – we need to be able to hook up clients with their particular teams directly, rather than to one overarching calendar.

Same same. I've got different team members who would benefit from access to different calendly event types.  Otherwise, it's all or nothing.  I'm having to manually add in appts because I don't want all of them being in calendar

Agreed! We should be able to check a different calendar for availability depending on the event type and then send that event to that calendar. I am trying to use different event types to book user tests in different cities, but it is checking my whole account. Which means that when someone books a time in one city, that time is no longer available in a different city. This has been nearly impossible for us to work around.

I also need this. My use case is different but would benefit from the same:

I use Calendly to schedule both work and personal events. I'd like my "meeting" events to create an event on my work calendar and notify me at my work address, but things like "phone catch up" events to create an event on my personal calendar and notify me at my personal email. (I live far from family so it’s often easier to send a Calendly link to figure out times to catch up than do the tricky time zone math.)

It would be useful not only to set different destination calendars for different events, but also to set different email addresses for the notifications to go to.

Any update on when this feature might be implemented? I would hate to have to create a separate account just so that I can use a separate calendar to book for other events.

    Thanks!

I would agree.  Am actually very surprised that this does not exist and is wreaking havoc on our scheduling.

    Thanks.

I'm surprised also. It's weird that calendar settings are on an account level and not on a per-event level.

    Hopefully this comes soon

Can't Believe this does not exist. I am going to have to find another platform now which is really really annoying.

I agree.  I work with clients in very different time-zones. I manage my calendar and availability to suit US time-zones, but when booking clients from Europe most of these times don't work.  I want to be able to set up an event for european bookings which shows my availability for a different calendar - one set up to work for european timing.  My point is, I don't want to make those times available to US clients, because those times of the day are much less convenient for me.  I'd like specific calendars to be linked to specific events, not to the whole account.

Adding another voice to the need for this. I have a business calendar, and a separate calendar for consulting, but availability needs to be confirmed on both. Please implement this feature. Any updates as to roadmap for this item?

Loving Calendly so far, but this feature would really be the difference between my team using it casually and my team buying a license to use it throughout.
Our particular situation involves different members of my team offering different services to customers, but if we could avoid requiring customers to know exactly who to talk to for what by sending one Calendly link and offering appointments with each team member from one place, that would be a game changer!

e.g. Calendly link --> Appointment A with Bob, Appointment B with Anne, Appointment C with Gary, etc.

    We really need this!

As a consultant, I have multiple clients & multiple email addresses.  I am creating event types for each client, so we can interview their customers.

I need each event type to book on different calendars!

    Please implement this!

Agreed. This would be extremely valuable for me as I have my business and then collaborate with another business, so being able to sync different events to different calendars would be invaluable.

Hi everyone. I too had this problem however it can be gotten round by creating two different Calendly profiles, creating a "Team" on one and then linking the other account as part of the team. This allows you to create widgets that show two different event options linked to two completely different calendars. You can see this if you click book a test ride on the right hand side of our homepage here: https://www.fullycharged.com/.

You do have to pay for the pro plan on one however, as far as I can tell, the other profiles can all be on the free tier.

Yes I need this! It is honestly making me look into other programs because Calendly doesn't have this. I'm trying to use this to schedule different meetings that are involved with our customers building there homes and all the meetings are hosted by different people. It would be so much nicer if I could just show only there meetings on the sub calendars I have set up in google but instead I have to show all the meetings on 1 calendar because you do not have this feature. Is there a way the Zapier integration can fix this?

I need this feature as well. I am the sales person for 2 completely different products and each product has a different G-Suite domain that is branded. My CleanSpeak email and calendar are under cleanspeak.com and my FusionAuth email and calendar is under fusionauth.io.

When I am trying to book a meeting or demo or training for FusionAuth, I need all the communication and the calendar invite to be in the fusionauth.io domain and on my fusionauth.io calendar.

For CleanSpeak, it all needs to be on the cleanspeak.com calendar and using the cleanspeak.com email.

    So, here's what I'm seeing:

    • This issue has been open for 2 years or maybe longer
    • Your system is already using OAuth to get an access token to Google calendars
    • Your system allows multiple calendars to "Check for conflicts"
    • You are storing each access token with a "Connection"
    • Your system currently only allows a single "Connection" for the "Add to"
    • The "Connection" that is used for the "Add to" MUST be one of the "Connections" setup for "Check for conflicts"
    • You really just need to delete "Add to" association and move it to the "Event"
    • The migration is simple, you just update all existing "Events" to reference the "Connection" selected for "Add to"
    • Then you delete the "Add to" configuration and say it moved to the "Event"

And now I'm going to be a slight snob (sorry in advance). This really seems like a few days worth of work at maximum and a really fast migration depending on your database. I could probably code this up in a day myself, so I'm sorta wondering why you haven't implemented this?

I will not be using calendly until this is implemented.  I work as a contractor and am given different accounts.  I need a system that checks my availability across both that then books on the appropriate calendar.  Actually really shocked that this feature does not exist.  I won't be moving past the trial at this point and will be investigating other options.
